The process of New Monster Antenna construction.




June, 2013
I decided to put the new tower and Yagis on a hill top near my home.
I bought some land there recently in addition to the property I乫ve been renting.

I had ordered a 60m tower and a 3 element topband Yagi to Creative Design Corp
additionally丂I ordered 4 SteppIR DB-42s from Beam Quest Corp. to place on the tower.

Assembling up to 20m high is the first step.

Extending the height up to 30m, about the half the full height.
 
Assembled up to 40m this day.

A radio shack is being built at the foot of the tower.

a gigantic 170ton crane is required for work above 40m.
 
the crane is made in Germany.
 

The tower is 60m the full height.

Now the topband boom gets on at last.
Congratulating the completion, many ham pals, including one from California, gathered.

Restarting the finishing work.
A 220ton crane came to accomplish the mission.

Members of Yachiyo Hospital facility team assembled the antenna.





Installing the elements is the most dangerous work in the highest of places.




Completed at last! Wiring of coaxial cable and signal line is yet to be done.
